Mahi Mahi Fillet

Mahi Mahi has a white meat that’s a little firmer than snapper or grouper, which is why people just love to put it on the grill.  The taste of the filet is so mild and scrumptious it’s many seafood lovers’ favorite fish.  We love it sautéed in a macadamia -encrusted coating, then topped with  Lime Mustard Sauce.
